Heavenly Father,
You see my heart and the work I have given faithfully.
You know the uncertainty I am facing as my contract nears its end.
Grant me clarity where there is confusion,
justice where there is delay,
and peace where there is worry.

Touch the hearts of those who hold decisions in their hands —
may they act with fairness, honesty, and wisdom.
Open the right doors for me, and close those not meant for me.
Give me strength to trust Your timing,
and courage to stand firm in what is just.

I place my future, my work, and my livelihood into Your hands.
Guide me, Lord, and bless me with the stability I need.
