I am having issues with my current job, they keep promising me a position and then giving the position to someone else. I work in a commission sales environment and my manager is constantly changing the rules to benefit her and stealing sales. I have an opportunity in April coming up that is going to take me away from this work place but I'm at the breaking point now of leaving immediately. I just need reassurance that everything will be ok and my family will be taking care of with out me working until April. I would rather spend the hours that I am currently putting into my workplace and give back to the community, help be there for my daughter and focus on my business.
