I have a very stressfull job and some folks in my job are trouble makers and even the managers are hard to talk to..They talk to me like their above and beyond..I had try in so many ways to respect them but I'm afraid one day that I bew up in their face and cost me my job..In their mind is "their way or the highway"..Co workers are the same..some of them love creating conflict with one another..Customers can be problem too but very rarely..I'm asking for you to send prayer to my way and to the managers that so hard to deal with and to some of my co workers who loved conflict..thank you all so much!
