Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before you in the name of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Father, I confess that I have sinned and I am deeply ashamed of what I've done. Please forgive me for all of my sins and cleanse me from all unrighteousness. Purge this temple with hyssop that I may be cleansed and purified. Create in me a clean heart, that I may stay far away from sin and grow more closer to you as this life goes on. I have struggled mentally dealing with my past and the things that have been taken from me. I ask humbly Father, that you restore those that only you know that were taken from me. My only desire is to have a strong relationship with you even if it means that others don't understand. I don't want to disappoint or fail you ever again, Father, because you have been a good and awesome Father to me. I'm truly sorry Father. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
