Lord Jesus,

You see my heart, my efforts, and the path I have walked in my workplace.
You know the burden I carry — the uncertainty, the injustice, and the fear of being unvalued despite years of dedication.

I ask You now, Lord, to step into this situation with Your wisdom and Your peace.

Guide those in authority with fairness and truth.
Let not pride, politics, or fear cloud their judgment.
May the decisions made reflect justice, respect, and dignity for all who serve with honesty.

Strengthen me, Lord, not to lose hope.
Give me calm when I feel overwhelmed, and courage when I need to speak.
May Your Holy Spirit be with me in every meeting, every word, and every silence.

You are the God of justice, and I place this entire situation in Your hands.

May Your will be done — not just for my protection, but for the good of all who seek what is right.
