Lord,
You know the weight I carry about my job —
the delays, the silence, and the unfair choices before me.
I give You my worries, my fear, and my need for clarity.

Please fill me with Your peace when I feel anxious.
Give me wisdom to handle each day with grace,
and courage to stand firm in what is fair and right.

Guide those who make decisions over my future —
let them act with honesty, justice, and understanding.
Bless me with stability and respect for the work I’ve done,
and allow the flexibility I need to remain.

When I start to lose hope, remind me that You are still in control.
Even in the waiting, You are working things out for my good.

I trust You, Lord.
Lead me to the place where I can work in peace,
with dignity, purpose, and joy.
