i crushed my right foot 2 years ago & have had every possible thing happen. thank God for the infection control MD as he prevented me from losing my leg up to my knee (I was 43 at the time). Now I have been left with CRSP or RSD that has spread to the next two toes & the tarsal attached to my big toe. I had my first spinal injection to help with the pain & am truly wondering if I should go thru this again or not. I had the injection yesterday & woke up this morning unable to move any joint in my body & actually screamed when i tried to take the sheet off me. I am now unable to bear weight on either foot. I don't know how much more my body or mind can take of the severe chronic NON-STOP pain. I am, & have always been a major advocate of pain control/management for the patients I encounter daily thru the place i work for as an RN.
