I need prayers right now for one of my dearest friends who had what turned out to be a minor heart attack. A Coronary Artery Dissection, and she's not out of the woods yet. She's got so much going for her: great husband, two beautiful little boys, on the right path careerwise. I just want her to get better.

Please pray for my health. I had a scare today when an appointment turned into a series of tests on account of my unusually high blood pressure. I've been having bouts of depression and in turn have been neglecting my health. Although my tests were clear (EKG, Cat scan, chest xray) I'm still very shaken - this was most definitely a wake up call. So please pray for me and my lapse in judgement.

Please say a prayer for my family this year; 2009 was beyond unbearable with the loss of my brother and the and the anxiety of still not finding employment after a year. Please pray that we have the strength to hold it together, and to finally come out from under. I thank you.
