Dear Lord...Thank you....plain and simple. You are the most amazing God. You answer prayers. When it feels like we are weathering the storm and there is no reprieve in sight...You always come through. You are always there for us, the solid Rock for us to stand on. You are like milk and honey...sweet and pure. We are told to taste You through the word. We are told to go into the dessert for hear You...to find our identity. Here we will get a clear picture of who You are and a clear prospective on how broken we are. Here we will find purpose in life. You want us to have Peace, You say, "Peace be with you." You want us to have Shalom~(Hebrew word meaning peace, completeness, prosperity, and welfare) You want us to Trust in You and not in ourselves. Like the sheppard leads his flock...You want us to trust in the Sheppard. You say...If my ppl would but Trust in Me, I will pull honey from the rocks. You are there in our dessert times, in those storms that rage around us...You want us to TRUST in You! Lord help us to trust in You, let us always turn to You during our times when we feel like we are up against the rock. You will always pull us through...all we have to do is ask for Your guidance.
