Dear Lord,

Please help me cope with all that I have to. Stop the anxiety from taking over my entire brain.

I am anxious from the moment I get up. I can’t even concentrate on my work bcos I am so stressed out.

Please lord help me not to be so scared of running the house on my own.

I can’t understand why my anxiety is increasing as I age. I am hyper anxious at all times and I cannot cope like this anymore! How many anxiety and depression medication can I have?? Nothing helps beyond a day! Please lord HELP ME!

Dear lord,

Panic and low mood is overtaking me. I am getting so anxious about running the house alone. And working at the same time at home.

I am mentally so anxious that the moment I wake up anytime from sleep, I am feeling super low.

I know it sounds silly for most people but I have chronic pain and severe giddiness.

Please lord help me to cope and not stress so much.
