Im at a crossroads in life! Ive been fortunate to be able to raise my family and work flexibly around that but now their need isn't so great I want to get back to my career. Or do I ?! Ive been 12 years out of industry and not the confidence youngster I once was.

My prayer request is.... Is it my confidence thats holding me back, or that God has something else in mind for me? I need direction and confirmation.
