God, I am feeling really low, unhappy and down since I've gained so much weight over the last 2 years. With my new diet/way of eating beginning tomorrow, I need all of the love and help I can get. 😥 Thank you in advance and Amen.

Praying for you Jennifer. I know it’s difficult as I too have been on a health journey for 4 yrs. There is hope and God will use your situation to inspire others if you let him.
