I am starting out as a new nurse, and it has been very overwhelming and have felt like giving up but then I think about applying for new job and become more overwhelmed. The manager makes me feel like I'm not doing good enough. Please God help me get through this rough patch and make it as a new RN. Please guide me in the direction I should be going.
