I am in need of prayer one for my husbands job to be less stressed and draining him. It is effectively hurting our family and marriage. Need some positive power and support from others. I understand the power of prayer and the more I can get the better for our lives.
We just finished the adoption of a baby we’ve had since he was 6 days old and now is 20 months, we are of retirement age but we had been called by family to help and give the baby a home in hopes the mother and father would get sober and clean but they did not. Also need prayers for my brother who is his grandfather but now has voiced his real feelings and wishing they hadn’t called me , lots of hurt for me and husband. Blaming me for him not seeing the baby which is not true , open door policy at my home. It is no longer going to be like that since the adoption was final in April, 2024brother hasn’t seen him since last August when his wife passed, not unexpected, but my brother and I were very very close and now I’m nothing and not family according to him. I love my brother and need prayers for some healing. Not going to judge any of this and I forgive it all and all of that family. He also said I’m lucky I got to come to his wife’s celebration of life. Confusing for me as her and I were the closest as you imagine then all changed when we cared for the baby when no one else could or would. Lord please help stay positive, caring, and as kind as I have been following Jesus for my strength
