Today I am in tears. I have asked God to help me lose weight for my health. I just saw a picture of myself and was horrified by how bad I look, and I am so worried about getting diseases associated with morbid obesity. I need to lose weight now. I have tried for so many years, the majority of my adulthood and just keep gaining weight. I changed my lifestyle but the weight isn't budging. Please God help me.
