Heavenly Father,
You see the worry and uncertainty I carry about my work.
You know the effort, loyalty, and heart I’ve poured into what I do.
Yet now I feel overlooked, unsure, and anxious about what comes next.

Please bring light into this situation.
Give wisdom to those who must make decisions about my role.
Let fairness, honesty, and compassion guide their choices.
Protect the stability I’ve worked so hard for,
and let the flexibility I need remain in place.

When I feel frustrated or afraid, calm my spirit with Your peace.
When I’m tempted to lose hope, remind me that You are still working behind the scenes —
turning delay into direction and uncertainty into purpose.

If this position is meant for me, let it be confirmed in a just and secure way.
If not, open a better door — one that brings peace, dignity, and balance.

I place my future, my career, and my wellbeing in Your hands.
Guide me, strengthen me, and give me the courage to trust Your plan.
