Prayer Request
Dear God,
I feel so low and feel so depressed. Blaming myself that my Max couldn’t eat and no appetite because of my decision of letting him undergo endoscopy. All I want was to save him for further complication and now I don’t know what to do anymore. Please forgive me for being arrogant and have mercy on us. Please heal Max completely. In Jesus name with the intercession of Mama Mary, Amen.

Many dogs lose their appetite briefly after an endoscopy, and in most cases appetite returns within 24–48 hours; if Max still won’t eat after 48 hours or shows worrying signs (vomiting, fever, severe lethargy, dehydration), contact your vet or an emergency clinic right away.
Anesthesia and sedation can suppress appetite for a day as the drugs wear off.
