Oh God I know that I am a sinner, and I need to make changes in my life. I love my children, and want the best for them. Dear GOD I am not able to fully function well with these severe headaches. Please I beg of you for them to go away so I can be able to go to work, and spend quality time with my children as i would like. Please Please Please GOD make this pain go away..
