I would appreciate any prayers. I am very close to buying my first home. My mom is disabled and has dementia and lives with me. I have a wonderful 15 yo son. We found a house that would allow my mom to have a downstairs bedroom and walk-in shower and it’s in decorating shape and I thought within my price range....until the bank threw some exorbitant mortgage fees at me that I was not anticipating at all. I want to be able the give my mom a more comfortable place to live out her days, a home of our own for my son and myself. Any prayers for a miracle would be so greatly appreciated. ❤️
