My 20 year marriage is having lots of trouble. Please pray I make the correct decision. Should I stay or should I get a divorce. Only God can help with this

We have had our land for sale for over a year and we really needing it sold. My entire family is needing to sale. My sister is afraid that if she does not sale she will lose her land. My husband works 2 full time jobs and still we can not afford my medicines for my health problems. Both of my brothers are without full time jobs. We ask for prayer and faith that our land will sell before the end of the year.
