Hello Diane. I live with my 75 yr old mom and she too is very negative and bitter. I am going through the same hopeless feelings daily. I am not here to give any advice because I don't even know how to handle my own problem. I just want you to know that you are not alone. Hang in there and rely on God. Someone recently told me to look into meditation. My Dr. just this week gave me meds for my anxiety but I don't want to rely on them. I'll pray for you.
