Chronic depression is my problem. I live alone and very rarely do I go out. I know God helps me, I love him so much

I would like some help from all my friends out there who want to help me to get thru another depression. It feels as if when it starts to get better I am slammed down again. I need your help.

I suffer from depression and time seems to just stand still waiting for me to get my life together. I have this affliction often and would like all of u to pray for me. Depression hurts all over, it really does. I live alone and don't have anyone close by who cares. Please help me.
