Please stop judging yourself - would you laugh at your best friend and stop loving them and humiliate them is they gained weight? No you would support them because YOU are a good person. You can lose the weight once you lose the addiction but you need help to kick the addiction. Please do not give up hope dear Flossy. I pray that God gives you the love and strength you need to change your life. It is possible. I used to feel as you do. I’m happy now -HAPPY and you will be too.
