Recently I quit my present job as the company would like to reduce my salary to more than 50%; although I tried to negotiate because I dont want to transfer from one company to another, it's so tiring but bec of the company's budget constraint they decided to reduce which I did not accept. After few days, I received a call from an agency invited for an interview and it was all positive feedback from the CEO down to HR Manager till the agency. But up to this moment, I have not received any feedback. I would like to work in that company because of the atmosphere and also ofcourse for my 2 children as I am single mom. I have been going for interviews but i know it take a while. God, I hope I will receive a positive answer soon. If it is for me it for me, and it is not just that it is also for my children.
