good evening folks.... it is the holidays and with this time, comes true thoughts and thoughts of the year gone by, of family and friends and of those that we lost...\
we also reflect on the year gone by and mine has been quite the year. In april i was diagnosed with Lung Cancer...go figure...48 years old and no symptoms...but i have it. I have gone thru 12 weeks of chemo, five weeks of radiation and now on another round of chemo. IV hydration is in order for the last four days and until tomorrow, which is my little sisters birthday.
I met the love of my life in 2013 and even after my diagnosis, he stuck around. I am going to fight it tooth and nail... God has bigger plans for me and my story isn't ending any time soon. I have been blessed as it has not spread...if i can put this sucker in remission and live a long lovely life, i am even more blessed than most.
please pray for me and for those like me who fight this fight every day. It has been a struggle but i know that with GOd's love and the prayers from everyone, all can be overcome and the abundance of love from God will reveal...in Jesus name, amen
