Dear God. I know this may sound extremely petty compared to most however I'm at a loss for words. I been doing diff diets and going up and down in my weight. I was always thin and healthy, I stopped smoking 3 yrs ago have a 7 yr old and blew up w all that in mind. I am devastated embarrassed and wanna hide everyday. I just ordered a personal trainer. but i am putting to much on myself as I Cannot afford it, I did sign up for 1 month. i hope the trainer can put me in a diet and help me exercise etc. I really need 2 lose or I will die. However I know if I can get as much knowledge as possible and see the results I will be thrilled. Please pray for my strength and determination. and that if its too costly that I can cancel @ anytime. This I ask in Jesus name Amen. God bless you all as well , godspeed! thanks!!!!!!!
