God please help me. I’m spiraling into bad behaviors due to my moms recent diagnosis of dementia and maybe Alzheimer’s. I need prayers to help me manage all this and not hurt myself as a result of fear. Please pray for me to not fall back to default behaviors when I’m overwhelmed. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
