I have a conflict with my supervisor. I gave 9 weeks' notice to get off a case. It is destroying my peace of mind and the client is asking me to leave. My supervisor has not found anyone to replace me and asking me to go back next week. I already said my goodbyes to the school staff where I worked with the client. I did everything I could to help this client and try to respect their dignity since they would like me to leave and I feel the same way. I was told I was wrong and another person told me I made the right decision for myself and the client. Please pray that someone is found to replace me quickly and make everyone happy!
