Aaron, rest assured that most people face uncertainties and disappointments as they transition into becoming adults. There are many expectations that come with being an adult and, oftentimes they come from others, who think our happiness depends on what they see for our lives, when they're not so sure of their own. You cannot please others until you find contentment in your life. Just take one day at a time and, always know, none of us are perfect; we all make mistakes, but the blessing in being alive is that, when God wakes us up, He is giving us another day to be better than we were the day before. So, at times when you feel uncertain about what you need to do, ask God to order your steps, and He will guide you. Read Proverbs 3:5-6.
