Hello everyone....I'm a 67-year-old male, married to a wonderful, beautiful wife. I have back issues and have been prescribed opioids....Hydrocodone...It's been about a yr now, and I'm becoming addicted...Or I already am. I take in small doses...I've done enough reading online about addiction; I can see that I am. I'm going to start weaning myself off this slowly, and hopefully by the end of the year, I'll be pill-free...Please keep me in your thoughts...and thank you, Lord, for all that you've given me...and continue to give...Amen

Opioids are plant-based also....but...I'm slowly weaning myself off them...When I started them, I'd heard they were addictive...and thought now way-not me...I really don't like the way it makes me feel other than pain relief...if you have a min...could you explain what Kratom and Kave do...where do you buy them? I live in Florida..Thanks for your time and comment..It's all appreciated..Curt

I've also had back issues, and I was on muscle relaxers and painkillers.
You should look into kratom during the day and Kava at night; These are substances that come from plants and are much less addictive And harmful.
