I am in need of a new nursing job. The company that I am currently working for has made my heart heavy as they feel that "quantity" is more important than "quality" care. I did not become a nurse to work as if it's an assembly line. Please pray that I find a new job soon as things at work become harder and harder everyday. I love my patients and want to be able to show the love of Jesus to them and honor God through my work.
