Flossy we are here for you. Alcohol is a depressive- it actually MAKES you depressed. You feel hopeless and fear for the future and I understand that. God is there for you- he is with you right now. He loves you but you need to start to love yourself. We all see something good in you, we see that you are worth saving, we see that you are suffering and we pray that you can come out of this and you can. If strangers can care for you and pray for you and love the little part of you that you have shared with us then you must see that you are worth it. You need to see what others see - a kind, caring, intelligent, beautiful soul who just needs help to overcome this sadness. Ask for help Flossy - keep trying until you succeed - God is with you. God does love you - he hates to see you suffer like this and so do I - dearest Flossy please please ask for help - it is out there and this could be the time it works but it won’t if you don’t try - please try - your life can be wonderful in the future and I hate to think of you being so unhappy - you’re still so very young with so much time to live a happy life - your future can be amazing- Ask and you shall receive. Are you not breathing well because you feel panic and anxiety? If it is this take a deep breath and hold for a count of 3 then release slowly - do this 3 times and also tense up a part of your body (eg make your hands into fists) then release and try to relax. Please make sure there is no medical reason for your breathing problem. Try the pillow idea as well as this is good advice.
