Making the Sign of the cross.
I must share with you all, the power of the cross. To begin we use our five fingers representing the 5 wounds of Jesus, on our right hand and put them on our forehead, representing God in heaven. Our left hand is flat on our tummy representing earth. We move our right hand from our forehead to our tummy saying, In the name of the Father and of the Son, then our right hand moves across our body to our left shoulder, then our right saying and of the Holy Spirit Amen, concluding with our hands in prayer pointing upward to heaven. When we move our hand across our body to our shoulders this represents the clearing away of our sins through the crucifixion. If you have been baptized, saying this powerful invocation you have been blessed with the authority of Jesus Christ and may bless other people especially your children morning and night making a small sign of the cross with your thumb on their forehead saying the same words. We should also bless our food our homes our windows and doors for protection. The Diabolical and his evil Spirits hate this sign and flee. I really never knew the full impact of making the sign of the cross but researched and I love to share knowledge because I know it empowers us all. There are other ways to do it as well but Im going to keep it simple. Sure enough last night while I was sleeping i felt the presence of evil it is an unmistakeable feeling that envelopes your whole body. Learning so much about the Holy sign of the cross I made it 3x and the presence fled. Apparently when Evil is being communicated with they say or do whatever 3x and that is why it is good for us to do it 3x. Please teach your children and grandchildren to do this also it is one of our many weapons. Also it must be done reverently otherwise evil takes its delight. It is good to bless everything.
