please pray for me to get my blood pressure down and keep it down so my health will get better and i can live life like i use to and live life longer,i not really fat so much but the doctor wants me to lose some ,it will help with my blood pressure to. i ve lost 20 pounds and want to lose more,just tobe healthy,im losing slow so i dont gain to back. if anyone no any good diet to go by thats healthy,please send to me. love everyone and i will pray for you all, what ever the cause is. thank you so much . god is listen and will help i no ,i m getting better everyday. thanks miss vickie
