You have given me the most amazing and rewarding relationship of my life these past 4 months. While we did have that intense month long fight, because he loved me he did not break up with me. Please help us to rediscover our love for each other in a completely new way that will only strengthen our relationship. As he gets ready to leave for his summer tour for the Navy, help us to remember our commitment and love for each other. Help us to make it through our first "practice deployment." Here we go on this emotional roller coaster ride again. Every time i start to get over him he comes RIGHT back into my life. And every time i get hurt. I almost want to ask you to not let it happen if im just gonna get hurt again-- but thats not what i want. He and i have waited too many years for just this ONE shot. I want this one shot. I guess what I am asking you tonight for is the patience and self discipline to take things very slowly with him and please dont have him back out... Also, please let things go really well for us at our dinner and give him the grace he needs to see that we really are for each other. Also, give him a great day tomorrow, and give him tranquility because I know he is constantly stressed out with his schedule and physical demands..
