Lord my God, i pray that all your people will appreciate their existence.. i pray for their health and life.. that it will be spent wisely today.. not a minute will be wasted..and Glorify You my Lord even for just an hour of this day...

i pray for your guidance as we speak and interact with other people today, to avoid any words and action that might hurt their feelings...

i pray for my family, that they will be safe from any harm...

and lastly i pray for Carlo, who will be leaving this coming Sunday. He will be starting to work on board... please keep him away from harm.. and bring him back to me.. alive and healthy..
